The session is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. and will conclude at approximately 2:25 p.m. This public meeting is a vital component of city development, where commissioners review zoning requests, platting applications, and various land-use proposals that shape the future growth of our community.

  • Agenda Highlights: Discussions will include several deferred cases from earlier in the month, specifically PUD-2125, SPUD-1794, SPUD-1799, and SPUD-1808.

Citizens are encouraged to attend or view the proceedings to stay informed on local development projects. Public comments regarding specific agenda items are welcome in accordance with the Commission’s established procedures.

Service Alert: OKC Streetcar Temporary Suspension Extended

The City of Oklahoma City and EMBARK have issued a service advisory noting that the temporary suspension of the OKC Streetcar has been extended through Thursday, February 26, 2026. This extension is required to allow specialized crews to complete essential electrical work and infrastructure integration related to the ongoing construction of the New OKC Arena.

  • Alternative Transportation: EMBARK will continue to provide a dedicated bus shuttle service. This shuttle follows the standard streetcar route and serves all established streetcar stops to minimize disruption for commuters.
  • Service Restoration: Regular streetcar operations are expected to resume following the completion of this phase of construction work.

Public Notice: Trust and Authority Meetings
